Not so long ago, I didn’t have to worry about a massive storm
ruining affecting (Editor’s note: D.C. should only get rain the night before) my Fourth of July holiday fun. Yet here we are again on the East Coast, getting ready to either set off some Piccolo Petes or stockpile beer for Arthur, a tropical storm that will likely whip itself into a hurricane by the time it reaches the Outer Banks, near the Virginia-North Carolina border.
If the Scorpions have anything to say about it, Arthur will become a hurricane, for sure. Here I am.
